It features a heavy-duty, stress-relieved Welded Steel Bed (often reinforced with Mortise and Rivet welding) for high strength and deformation resistance. This is coupled with a lightweight Aviation Aluminum Gantry to enable rapid acceleration and cutting speeds without compromising long-term stability.
ZONE-BASED DUST MANAGEMENT
Features an advanced Zone Ventilation System that intelligently activates fume extraction only in the cutting zone. This low-carbon, right-side blowing/left-side suction design maximizes efficiency and ensures a clean operating environment.
Traceless micro-jointing
This advanced software feature creates tiny, near-invisible connecting points that prevent the cut workpiece from shifting during high-speed movement.
