The CoilFlo Auto integrates uncoiling, leveling, cutting, and handling into a single, seamless process, providing continuous operation that significantly reduces manual dependency and labor costs.
Assembly Line of Full Automation
Upgrading from single cutting to an integrated production line, the system achieves uncoiling, leveling, and cutting of bare coils in one go. The continuous operation with synchronous feeding and unloading ensures seamless cutting connections and achieves triple the efficiency of traditional sheet-fed lasers.
